setAccessByCostCenter

setAccessByCostCenter(docFile): boolean

Sets access for a docFile based on its cost centers. It looks for cfgCostCenter files which costCenter field matches with the cost centers of the docFile. If matching cfgCostCenter files are found, the users from the costCenterUser field of the cfgCostCenter files will be added to the access list of the docFile.
